Our owner management terms.
For eligible points accounts, the owner agreement provides an annual account fee and a revenue share. Your signed agreement controls the calculation, applicable adjustments, and service scope for your ownership.
Owner revenue share

The owner receives 60% of eligible proceeds available for sharing under the agreement. Points Managers receives 40% for management.

Know what is paid and when.
Payments follow the monthly check process in your agreement for prior-month checkouts, typically within 30 days after cleared funds. Refunds, cancellations, disputes, and reconciliation can affect the amount or timing. Ask owner services about any stay still being reconciled.

The team explains the revenue basis, applicable costs and adjustments, inventory allocated for management, personal travel priorities, account access, cancellation handling, and termination terms. A free review does not enroll your points or authorize account access.
Keep your ownership obligations in view.
Maintenance fees, assessments, loan payments, and account standing remain your responsibility. Rental proceeds may offset ownership costs, but bookings, income, and maintenance-fee recovery are not guaranteed.
