Information you provide
The review form collects your name, an email address or phone number (or both), ownership program, approximate available inventory, expiration information, service goals, follow-up preference, and any optional message. It records your request to be contacted about the inquiry and your acknowledgement of this policy. Do not submit passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax documents, or payment details.
Website and campaign information
A request records its page and campaign-source, medium, and campaign-name tags. The site also counts page views, review and phone link clicks, Owner Login clicks, form starts, and completed review requests in daily aggregates. Those event counts contain no name, contact details, message, or persistent visitor identifier. Campaign tags may be retained in the same browser tab for up to 30 minutes; no tracking cookies are used. Event measurement and campaign storage respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Limited hashed identifiers and short-lived counters reduce abusive requests. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to operate and secure the website.
How information is used
The information is used to review the inquiry, assess ownership eligibility and timing, respond by the requested contact method, maintain follow-up records, and operate the website. Submitting this form does not enroll you in management, create an owner account, or subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional text program.
Access and service providers
Website inquiries are stored in the site's hosted database and are available through an inbox restricted to authorized Points Managers staff. When email notifications are enabled, an email service sends staff alerts and an acknowledgement to the email address supplied in an inquiry. Email delivery records are associated with the inquiry. Service providers that host or support the website may process information for those functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to address misuse of the website.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are retained for follow-up and related operational records. You may contact the team to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information; applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect a request. Daily event aggregates are retained for up to 90 days and pruned as new events are processed. Short-lived anti-abuse counters are pruned as new requests are processed.
Security and external sites
The website uses HTTPS, server-side validation, and restricted staff access to inquiry records. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. External club sites, owner portals, and linked services have their own privacy practices and terms. Confirm the destination and contact instructions before sharing sensitive information.
Policy updates
Changes to this website's information handling may require an updated policy. This version is effective October 14, 2026. Separate management services and onboarding processes may involve additional information and documentation described at that time.
