The review comes before the reservation
A management team begins with your ownership program, available inventory, current rules, and goals. You decide what to keep for personal travel. Eligible inventory and authorized actions are defined before reservations or marketing activity are undertaken.
The agreement defines the scope
Read the compensation structure, revenue calculation, payout schedule, access permissions, cancellation handling, and termination terms. Ask which costs remain yours and which actions need owner participation. Full service describes an agreed scope; it does not remove club restrictions or ownership obligations.
The team coordinates eligible activity
Reservation strategy evaluates availability, timing, demand, and permitted guest use. For enrolled eligible stays, management can include rental marketing, guest communications, payments, required registration, confirmations, and arrival support. Resort staff still control check-in policies and property services.
Reporting connects the work to proceeds
Owner activity reports and proceeds information should make the managed reservations understandable. Payments depend on the agreement and applicable adjustments, not simply on a listing appearing online. Demand, cancellations, and processing can affect results, so a booking or minimum payout cannot be promised.
